At Festown, we strive to provide a seamless experience for both clients and entertainers. However, we understand that circumstances may require refunds. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
✔️ The client cancels within the allowed refund period (as per cancellation policy).
✔️ Festown or the assigned performer/celebrity fails to fulfill the booking.
✔️ The event is canceled due to unforeseen emergencies (subject to verification and Festown’s discretion).
Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances:
❌ The client cancels after the refund period stated in the cancellation policy.
❌ The client is dissatisfied by Celebrity's performance.
❌ The entertainer or celebrity has already arrived at the event location.
❌ The client provided incorrect event details, causing scheduling conflicts.
❌ The client fails to make full payment as per agreed terms.
❌ The event is canceled due to venue issues, legal violations, or policy breaches by the client.
Approved refunds will be processed via the Any payment method within 2-3 business days.
Transaction fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.
⭐ Performer No-Show: 100% refund or replacement (if available).
⭐ Extreme Weather/Natural Disasters: Case-by-case review for partial refunds or rescheduling.
⭐ Technical Failures (If Festown is Responsible): Partial refund based on service disruption.
